Nature Connected Parenthood
Parent from the Inside Out with Sustainable Support
Let’s be real: we're not meant to parent alone.
But here we are—trying to hold it all together in a culture that asks too much and gives too little.
We’re raising kids in isolated households, often without extended support, all while juggling work schedules that stretch our capacity too thin.
Of course mornings feel chaotic. Of course you're snapping even when you want to stay calm.
And yet, something in you is whispering:
There has to be another way. You’re right. There is.
Nature Connected Parenthood is a community based coaching program for parents who are ready to shift from surviving family life to soul-rooted, sustainable parenting.
You don't need to "have more patience". Being patient is a result of having your needs met. Parenting with grounding presence is not only about meeting your needs, it's about collectivley shifting the paradigm, together.
Nature Connected Parenthood is for you if...
You’re stuck in survival mode— but crave a calmer, more connected home.
This program helps you slow down, reset your nervous system, and build rhythms that actually support your family’s well-being. You’ll learn grounding practices and reflection tools that help you respond, not react— even in the chaos.
You’re tired of power struggles— and long to parent with respect and reciprocity.
Instead of trying to “be in control”, we’ll explore power-with approaches that center consent, collaboration, and emotional literacy— so you can raise kids who advocate for themselves.
You’re ready to reimagine parenting as a sacred, values-led practice.
Clarify your core parenting values by exploring your inner landscape (yes, including dialog with your inner child and internal teen). These practices align you with who you really are— not just who the world told you to be.
Three Phase Transformation
Here's how it works; we meet twice a month throughout the school year— starting with the last Sunday in September, ending with the first Sunday in June. Our workshops are designed with nature-based practices that can be applied in everyday life. After each session we walk away with action steps that we keep each other accountable to.
01. Root Down
Start with what holds you steady. In this phase, you’ll slow down, uncover your core values, and reclaim presence in your parenting. Rooting down gives you the clarity and resilience to show up with intention—instead of getting swept away by pressure and overwhelm.
02. Reach Out
Practice building real support systems, strengthening relationships, and weaving community into daily life. Reaching out shifts isolation into intimacy and turns parenting into a joyful collaboration.
03. Rise Up
Parenting is not only about today—it’s about the world we are shaping for future generations. In this phase, you’ll integrate sustainable family rhythms, align daily choices with your long-term vision, and contribute to a more reverent and respectful way of life on Earth.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, my name is Jess.
I'm a Certified Coach and Wilderness Guide.
My background is in civil engineering and community development—but everything changed when I became a mother.
At the onset of the pandemic, I had just given birth to my second daughter and simultaneously lost childcare for my toddler. At the time I had a kid on each hip, a partner working full time and a job awaiting my return. I was exhausted. Overwhelm. Desperate to survive.
Something had to change.
With the support of a nature connected community, I committed to a simple daily ritual: a 20 minute practice outside, every day.
That practice saved me.
It gave me the inspiration I needed to wake up, sleepless night after sleepless night, and do it all again; to show up as the parent, partner and professional I strived to be.
Now I support other paradigm-shifting parents to do the same. To slow down. Reconnect. And lead their families from a place of grounded presence.
I know you're here because, like me, you want to raise emotionally resilient and empowered kids— without burning out in the process.
